  1. Tap “My Pool” to set your equipment (chlorine type, filter, heater, salt system, cover…). The list trims to just the tasks that apply to your pool.

  3. Add your own tasks with the add box, or rename any item to match how you do things.
  4. Switch the time frame — daily, weekly, monthly, and seasonal (opening/closing) views.
  5. Print or save a clean copy for the pump room, or keep it on your phone for poolside.

Frequently asked questions

How often should I clean and maintain my pool?

Skim and check the baskets most days, test chlorine and pH two to three times a week, do a full water test and vacuum weekly, and deep-clean the filter monthly. Opening and closing are seasonal. The checklist groups every task by how often it's due.

Can I customize the checklist to my pool?

Yes. Tap “My Pool” to set your equipment and the list hides tasks that don't apply (no salt-cell step on a chlorine pool, for example). You can also add your own tasks and rename items.

Does it save my progress?

Yes — what you check off, your custom tasks, and your edits are saved on your device, so the list is still there when you come back. There's no account or sign-up.

Is the pool checklist free?

Yes — every tool on Pool Repair Question is free with no sign-up.
